Eric Michael Sdrenka Junior grew up in the Chicagoland area, specifically in the Dundee/Barrington area. Named after his father, Eric Michael Sdrenka, a premier legal professional in the greater Chicagoland area, Eric Sr. is the owner of the Law Offices of Eric M. Sdrenka, specializing in various legal fields, including real estate. His mother, Christine, is the Vice President of Operations for a national senior home health and hospice corporation. She has demonstrated exceptional business and operational skills to Eric, having served on the board of Leading Age of Illinois and being a strong advocate for the home health and nursing community.

Eric attended Immanuel Lutheran Evangelical School in downtown East Dundee and later graduated from Harry D. Jacobs High School in Algonquin. His love for homes began at an early age, as he watched his grandfather build custom homes and work on large commercial real estate developments throughout Chicagoland. This passion was further fueled by attending open houses and showings with his parents, often alongside the very agents he collaborates with today, ultimately solidifying his interest in pursuing a career in real estate.

Eric pursued this passion by completing a real estate class during his junior year of high school. Six months later, he began working as a Marketing Administrator at the Schumacher Group, and after graduating high school, he became eligible to take the Real Estate Broker’s Exam.
